7 Days 100% money refund policy (Indian Customer's Only)

  1. We have full transparency in our services, so we don't make non-realistic promises. 7-10 Days full money back guarantee.
  2. In case you feel that the product received is damaged/defective & not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our Customer Care within 48-72 hours of receiving the product, along with a photograph of product.
  3. 100% refund is applicable once item is received back within 7 days of receiving (same as delivered).

7 Days International Customer Refund Policy

  1. Paypal charges, Conversion charges and courier charges will be borne by customer in case of International Refund. Remaining amount will be refunded to customer card.
  2.  After receiving product, customer need to inform about his dis-satisfaction through phone or email within 48 - 72 hours of receipt. Return courier charges will be borne by customer.

The Refund policy Is Void If

  1. Customer contacts after 3 Days of receiving the gemstone.
  2. There are visible signs of damage, wear or tear of the item.
  3. Gemstone fitted in the ring / pendent.
  4. Gemstone is NOT same as displayed on website.

Delivery and Shipping policies

  1. We use DHL, Aramex, TNT, UPS services for worldwide delivery (across the globe except india). It takes upto 7-12 working days in normal conditions.
  2. Indian Speed Post and DTDC are used for delivering in India. It takes upto 4-7 working days in normal conditions.
